What is your return policy?
If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your order, please contact us at ardentcasts@mail.com. To initiate a product return, you must first contact Ardent Casts for an RMA #. Any attempt to return products without an RMA # will be refused. There is a flat rate return fee of $10 for orders in the U.S. Email us with the words 'returned item' and tracking number in the subject box.
Products can only be returned within 7 days of delivery, and with written approval from Ardent Casts.
